How it works
1. Connect & Discover
Get in touch via our contact form. You pick a date and time and choose the session-type, best suited for your needs.
2. Deposit & Contract
You digitally sign a contract and fill out our questionnaire, provided to you in our online client portal. After you secure your date with a retainer-payment it is time for our shoot together.
3. Capture & Deliver
We may gently prompt interactions to capture sincere expressions during our shoot, and guide you with your posing, so you never have to wonder what to do next. Our session together is interactive and as stress-free as possible, to capture you at your best: So you love your images, but also have an amazing experience to look back to!
The finished password-protected gallery is going to be sent to you within 3-4 weeks (depending on work-volume).

FAQ
How long are your sessions?
We know, it's very popular to limit session-times/ give exact time frames depending on the booked session package. HOWEVER: We at WUNDERKIND want to give us all the time we need to capture the vision perfectly, and therefore typically don't have a set timeframe (excluded are mini-sessions).
What should we wear for our session?
The best outfits are the ones that feel like you. I recommend choosing soft, neutral tones that complement one another rather than matching exactly. Timeless pieces, natural textures photograph beautifully, and help keep the focus on the connection between you and your loved ones or your chosen location.
Once your session is booked, you are going to receive my curated Style Guide filled with outfit inspiration, color palettes and other helpful tips to make planning effortless. I am also happy to help you coordinate outfits or offer feedback before your session.
What, if it rains?
We will try our best to avoid the rain.
Whether that be from pushing it back an hour or even just rescheduling for another day, we will stay in touch up until the session to ensure that we are always on the same page. However, I can shoot in rain or shine, if need be.
What, if I am not photogenic?
I'm here to change your mind! I want everyone to feel comfortable and confident in their photos and I will do anything I can to alleviate any stress, whether it be through prompts or even playing some of your favorite songs! Most of my "posing" is less of a strict and rigid posing, but more of a guided prompt to get those authentic, candid moments to capture your true, beautiful self.
What, if my child doesn't cooperate?
In all honesty, that is completely normal and to be expected. Some of my favorite images come from, children simply being themselves. I never expect little ones to sit still or smile on command. We will play, explore, take breaks when needed and follow their lead. Because I don't rush my sessions, there is plenty of time for cuddles, snack breaks, and letting your child warm up naturally.
Do you travel?
Yes! We are based on the South Shore, in Southern New England and during some time periods per year in Hesse, Germany. I'd be honored to travel to capture YOU wherever you may need me, though.
Please be aware that a travel fee may apply. For sessions over 30 miles from our home base, the IRS standard business mileage rate at the time of booking will be factored in, roundtrip. If your place of session is more than 125 miles away, a one-night hotel stay near the location is required. For locations exceeding 175 miles, a two-night stay is necessary. These arrangements ensure my timely arrival and efficient post-production for prompt sneak peak delivery. If I'm already in your area, a travel fee may not be applicable, so please just inquire.
How do we receive our images?
Galleries will be sent through a password-protected online gallery service. Through which you can view, favorite, download, and even share your photos!
Please note: We do NOT deliver any RAW files, as we believe in delivering a finished product that represents our personal editing style.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Depending on my workload at the time of your session, turn-around times vary. You can typically expect your gallery within 3-4 weeks.
Do you require a deposit?
We do require a 25% non-refundable retainer, in order to secure your date.
